2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 cup rolled oats (or steel cut oats)
2 cups filtered water
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons hemp seed
2 tablespoons chia seed
1. Add oats, water, and apple cider vinegar to a bowl and let soak for 1 hour.
2. Transfer mixture to a pot and cook according to the package instructions.
3. Once the oats are cooked through add, coconut oil, hemp seed, chia seed and mix well.
4. Divide amongst 2 bowls and season with cinnamon, maple syrup, walnuts and almond milk.
